In order to show foreign language write the foreign text in a text program where you can save the text in unicode. And that is all you need to do. Otherwise just format the text with html as any other text. Here is one catch, however. When you upload the unicode files to the server, upload as raw data. I am using Fetch for the Mac and when I uploaded as text files it did not work.

When you prepare the flash file make a dynamic textbox and a Loadvars function to load the text. Do not embed the textbox. The same procedure is similar for the textarea component in MX2004. By the way I do not know what some of the foreign language says!
