Instructions how to use install and use the component

• Place the "slide_show_2.mxp" file into the Flash MX folder and create a folder, which you call for example "Downloaded Extensions",
• Click on the "slide_show_2.mxp" file, which will open the extension manager,
• Under "file" go to "install extensions",
• You will be asked to accept the Macromedia conditions, click "accept",
• Open Flash and check under UI components bar, the component should be installed.
• Drag the component on the stage.

The Parameters

Click on the component instance on the stage and you will see the parameters in the property inspector.

• first pic number: enter the number of the first pic;
• last pic number: enter the number of the last pic;
• pic name: name your pics such as folder/pic_ or something like that. Name your pics consecutively with name+number starting with any number;
• slide timing: enter the time in milliseconds to change the pics;
• fade speed: enter a number to set the speed of fading or width change;
• fade option: true or false but has to be different from width option;
• width option: true or false but has to be different from fade option.
